Quotations can be verbally approved and work will only commence once a full payment Is made to Xectron by the customer
All equipment have a warrantee stipulated by the factory
All equipment installed carries a one year factory warranty and 3 month workmanship warrantee.
All repairs done have only a 3 day warranty on repairs done, same fault must be reported with in 3 days

No refunds on specials or swops/trades allowed
